Stall Holder Applications Now Open!
We're delighted to share that the Crosshouse Children's Fund Christmas Fair will return on Sunday 6th December 2026 at Ayrshire Athletics Arena, taking place within the complex/Sports Hall.
Our Christmas Fair has become a popular festive event across Ayrshire, and we are confident that our new venue will attract even more visitors, bringing fresh opportunities for exhibitors, sponsors and attendees alike. Alongside a fantastic range of stalls, the day will feature a variety of family attractions including Santa's Grotto, festive entertainment, a bouncy castle, Christmas alpacas or reindeer, and much more.
We are now inviting local businesses, crafters, makers and traders to apply for a stall at this year's event.
Stall Information
- 6ft x 2ft table: £50
- Limited availability of double and triple stalls
- Electricity access available on request (subject to availability)
All stall fees go directly towards supporting the babies, children and families of Ayrshire cared for at Ayrshire Maternity Unit, paediatrics within Crosshouse Hospital, Rainbow House community care and community healthcare services.

Please note we have a tight time frame for applications which will close on Thursday 15th October 2026.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a stall space. Due to the popularity of our Christmas Fair, we typically receive a high volume of applications each year. Once applications have closed and been reviewed, we will contact all applicants to confirm whether their application has been successful.
